RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns can be made ONLY if the goods are damaged – communicated to us no longer than 2 days after goods have arrived at your side.
Shoes must be returned new, unused, and inside the shoe box. Returns that are damaged or dirty will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer
We are NOT ACCEPT any exchanges due to dislikes on product, color or style after reception is good.
We are NOT ACCEPT any exchanges due to sale or limited products.
We are ACCEPT exchange due to unfit size (cannot exchange with different model) – communicated to us no longer than 2 days after goods have arrived at your side. If it’s send for a gift, please let us know first (you can leave message on notes coloumn or contact our CS).
We are NOT ACCEPT any REFUND.
